Owned by employees

We have existed since 2014, specializing in trading and consulting with a focus on government and mortgage bonds, as well as in asset management within credit bonds. 

Until December 2022, we were part of the Lind Group under the name Lind Capital Fondsmæglerselskab (LCFM).  

In December 2022, we changed the ownership structure, where the company’s employees bought out the main shareholder, Henrik Lind.  

Today we are called Fondsmæglerselskabet Marselis and are 100 percent employee-owned. This means that we must create value for customers in order to create value for ourselves.

Our customers consist of both large institutional investors, such as pension funds, but also less specialized investors, such as small and medium-sized institutions, family offices, banks and wealthy individuals.

Independent advice

As one of the few stockbroking companies in Denmark, we are approved by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority for the ‘big’ stockbroking licence. This enables us to act on our own account and thus be the customers’ direct access to all relevant financial markets. And since we do not have our own trading positions, our interests and those of our customers will always coincide.  

This makes us one of the few truly independent managers in the market. This means that we always act in the customers’ best interests without dependence on expensive middlemen, or the need to take our own positions into account.  

We can advise and execute for clients, and we can offer broader solutions where the client entrusts exactly the amount of investment decisions to us that the individual client sees fit to delegate.

Regardless of the extent of the customer’s needs, our implementation and execution for the customer will take place directly in the market.  

We believe that high stable returns – both risk-adjusted and absolute – are created through an analytical approach to how risk factors and illiquidity are priced in the market. We use both this directly in our asset allocation and in our advice based on relative value within mortgage, government and corporate bonds.
